This micro app let's you easily track your fasting time. The standard goal is to fast for 16 hours of the day, and consume your food in the remaining 8 hours.

For example, if you have an early dinner which completes at 7pm, then you try to start eating again around 1pm the next day.

That is just an example, and you can decide to fast and eat at times that make sense for you.
